I am not sure how the general people of this community feel about shrinks, but maybe some of us have to deal with it so maybe it is important to discuss? Earlier I posted on how I went completely off with anti-psychotics. My doctor was very adamant about me staying on them. How I accomplished this was I started slowly going down and everytime I saw her I told her I went down. There were times where I had to stand my ground with her and be assertive and eventually I think she figured out I was going to do what I wanted. So, my tactic was do first, tell later.
