sorry i dont have my history of drugs on my signiture yet.,when mymeds werr working i recieved a offer for a job by a former co-worker. i had a great work histiry.my problem was my r shoulder needed replacement by the grace of god i got an off label injection of synvisc no pain meds. the first day i told my ex-coworker and said ifits a problem I will leave, i immeideityly was ostrsised and harrased for over a year. my psych and theripist were upset because it was getting to me at a appointment he wrote a note to hr on a script bad saying my cival rights are being violated it was to h.r . aay later the plant manager and hr said they wanted to talk to me. they said they were conerned about my saftey and the employess . they asked me to take a FITTNESS FOR DUTY TEST. What is that ,i had no idea why are you doing this do i have paper work ect,,, if idont take it your fired I asked to make a phone call why they asked my sister used to be executive chief of the EEOC bad looks on ther faces they escorted me out tookmy time card and told me  i had to make a deciidion by noon the next day I called my sister at work she said this is what they do to get rid of you you will probably get a neuro pshc iwas offfor 21 days it took two visits for the phsyc and also gave me a phsical agilty  thing the hardest Osha alowss, so i would not advise anyone to say anything about our withdrawel illness look into the ADA american disabiliteis act my sister actually wrot a lot of the no fear of this fed law work law is hard the states and the feds are different  you do not have to disclose anything HIPPA I passed it but I got out of there if you go onthe website of ssdi there is a list of acceptble dissabilityies its not withdrwal its your symtoms are still there thats why they always  give yo more meds sothe first question out of the doctors mouth was am i planning retalation like im gonna shoot the place up they didnt no they were harssing a chronicly depressed man and freaked out.the EEOC is worthless.
