Moderator Emeritus scallywag Posted February 19, 2017 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted February 19, 2017 Byfenerist Here is a a link to our discussion of Tips to help sleep. Please read that. If you have questions, please post them here in your introduction topic so that all your information is in one place. Are you only experiencing insomnia? If you have other symptoms what is your symptom pattern throughout the day? Please keep notes on paper of your symptoms and the times of your dose(s). If you decide to try supplements, please pick one and start at a low dose. Links to more information:Omega 3 Fatty Acids in fish oilMagnesium. A few more questions: Have you ever been prescribed another medication for a neurological or psychiatric condition -- an antidepressant, a "tranquilizer", a benzodiazepine, an anticonvulsant? If yes, please post about what you were prescribed and the dose, and when you took it. Are you currently taking or have you taken in the last 3 months any other medications: prescription, over-the-counter, or street drugs? Your ability to understand and write in English is fine. Zestat is mirtazapine; the brand name for this in the U.S. is Remeron . Ketya is quetiapine hemifumarate; it is the same as or related to the the brand name drug Seroquel. Okay, thank you for answering these questions. We just need a bit more information to understand your situation. A few more questions: When did you start taking Ketya?
