What Are You Feeling Right Now?

(This is kind of about symptoms, but also will hopefully be therapeutic as well)

What are you feeling right now?

Right now I am feeling very anxious - let's call it an anxiety attack. Anxiety is my main symptom over the past few days. I had a very full/active weekend with family events, church, and trying to work Monday (and failing after a 1/2 day.

There's a lot of tension at home over my not being able to work consistently. I have a temp job, and a very understanding boss, but my boss has people to answer to and my wife and I fear that my boss will not be able to run cover for much longer. Add to that the fact that my wife just recently took a very hard job that she did not want to take, but did so to help us meet our financial needs. This has created a lot of resentment on her part, which in turn has cranked up my anxiety.

I am currently trying to alleviate the anxiety with deep, mindful breathing, Christian worship music, prayer... and my "as needed" Hydoxyzine (which I try to take very sparingly, though I did just pop one). And of course, I come here for help too!

I know that I am fine, that I am in no immediate danger, and that despite the troubles at home, my wife does love me. I understand that my anxiety is a neuro-emotion caused by discontinuation syndrome. I understand that the tremors, the tightness, and the overwhelming "flee" sense I have are caused by the damage that was done by the antidepressants.

But I am feeling anxious anyway.

So, what are you feeling?

Frustrated.....and tired of suffering with severe eczema flare-ups.

Getting a Candida overgrowth under control is hard work, expensive, unpleasant.....and at the moment I don't know how I'm doing.
