I find this very helpful in dealing with a huge emotional deregulation I am dealing with for some time now .

in the last hour I have calmed myself down because of a very rude assistant in a health store ,I simply asked did u do lithium orate and with a nasty look she says why would we do that ,go ask your GP ,she  literally reacted to me as if I asked her for heroin ,my point is just that it is far from normal to feel so terrible inside ones self like this .thanks Effexor great job on doing me over .
