shady1 Posted May 8, 2012 Share Posted May 8, 2012 Alto - thanks for contributing ! You are a lifesaver. I have been on 100 mg of Pristiq for a few years and am simply trying to get to 50 mg. I have read & re-read multiple citations (on this site) and remain confused. Can you -or- Can't you cut the Pristiq tablets, in order to taper? Link to comment

Very helpful people are here Taper from Cymbalta, Paxil, Prozac & Antipsychotics finished June 2012. psychfree88 Posted May 11, 2012 Share Posted May 11, 2012 Hi Shady, I am cutting Pristiq into quarters and have taken 37.5 mg for like a week without any issues. Also my pdoc told me its totally fine to cut the tablets. Please see the tips section,suggested by alto. Link to comment
