PM why do some pm have a cannot reply at the bottom?  I assume because the person does not want to hear back from you ... wants to have the last word on a topic... and ....how does one do this.

WARNING THIS WILL BE LONG
Had a car accident in 85
Codeine was the pain med when I was release from hosp continuous use till 89
Given PROZAC by a specialist to help with nerve pain in my leg 89-90 not sure which year
Was not told a thing about it being a psych med thought it was a pain killer no info about psych side effects I went nuts had hallucinations. As I had a head injury and was diagnosed with a concussion in 85 I was sent to a head injury clinic in 1990 five years after the accident. I don't think they knew I had been on prozac I did not think it a big deal and never did finish the bottle of pills. I had tests of course lots of them. Was put into a pain clinic and given amitriptyline which stopped the withdrawal but had many side effects. But I could sleep something I had not done in a very long time the pain lessened. My mother got cancer in 94 they switched my meds to Zoloft to help deal with this pressure as I was her main care giver she died in 96. I stopped zoloft in 96 had withdrawal was put on paxil went nutty quit it ct put on resperidol quit it ct had withdrawal was put on Effexor... 2years later celexa was added 20mg then increased to 40mg huge personality change went wild. Did too fast taper off Celexa 05 as I felt unwell for a long time prior... quit Effexor 150mg ct 07 found ****** 8 months into withdrawal learned some things was banned from there in 08 have kept learning since. there is really not enough room here to put my history but I have a lot of opinions about a lot of things especially any of the drugs mentioned above.
One thing I would like to add here is this tidbit ALL OPIATES INCREASE SEROTONIN it is not a huge jump to being in chronic pain to being put on an ssri/snri and opiates will affect your antidepressants and your thinking.

As I do not update much I will put my quit date Nov. 17 2007 I quit Effexor cold turkey.

I think it is because they have deleted the conversion.  Deleting completed conversations makes sense if a person receives a lot of PMs because there is a limit on storage and once full you can't receive PMs.

CC got it right on the nose. I'm supposed to be monitoring this thread as the unofficial tech guru, my only real 'job' here but Chessie got to it before I did.

How does one do that you ask? Well, one deletes the PM before the other has a chance to answer and it could be because they were clearing out their inbox so they could get more PMs, something you may need to do yourself.

You actually did this to me twice in the past, you sent me a PM then deleted the convo without waiting for my answer. And why? Who knows and I try not to read ulterior motives into something I read on a discussion board on the internet populated by people in an emotional state, causes problems.

And it is never a good idea to post the contents of private messages in a thread for all to see. Private messages are private, meant to be read then burned or crumpled up and eaten (like James Bond) or saved on your own computer for only YOU to read. I gave directions on how to do this already, I don't repeat myself.

Never attribute to malice.... oh heck, wikipedia gives a better explanation of Hanlon's Razor than I. I like to use it in the form of 'there is often a simpler explanation for things and it's not the one you think' instead.
What happened and how I arrived here: http://survivinganti...ion/#entry50878

July 2016 I have decided to leave my story here at SA unfinished. I have left my contact information in my profile for anyone who wishes to talk to me. I have a posting history spanning nearly 4 years and 3000+ posts all over the site.

Thank you to all who participated in my recovery. I'll miss talking to you but know that I'll be cheering you on from the sidelines, suffering and rejoicing with you in spirit, as you go on in your journey.

I have a lot of messages and once I hit a too high number I can't send any more that is when I clear some out.. and that is the only explanation I have as I have no clue now what those messages were about.  As for the posting pms... must have been a reason or a mistake I can't recall just now... I will try to remember to eat them...:)

Do we ask questions here?

Question: What image extension are we allowed to use in this community? Sorry I cant work it out.

Im not much of a  techo but i went through every 'save as'  extension and it kept telling me when i tried to post an image not allowed here chum!

I had used microsoft paint to label and highlight a graph.

I tried jpeg and PNG etc all the other stuff listed as possibilities and then kept trying to paste it but couldnt.

No big deal i guess. Clearly i am doing something wrong.

I'm a very new member.  How do I find my thread with replies to my posts?  Yesterday I was able to find it via the Introductions page but with newer posts I have disappeared.  I can find My Content but it doesn't have replies from other members.  Also, how will I access your reply?     Sorry to be so computer illiterate but I really want to be able to participate.
