Dr. Brian Weiss....meditation

Just received a brochure for Dr. Brian Weiss. All day workshops. He is going to be in my neck of the woods i December. He lives in Miami.

 

Honolulu in April

San Fran in april

Vancouver July

 

He is doing "I Can Do It" workshops with Lousie Hay in the spring and summer.

 

I listen to his meditation CD almost every night.

 

Need to get over to Amazon.com and get more Meditation CD's.

 

It really does help.

 

Barb.........John Kabat Zinn has Mindfulness Meditation CD' for Pain, and Illness.

Supposed to be very helpful. The Mindfulness Meditation class I go to on thursdays is based on his teachings. My friend who facilitates the class is a retired neurologist.
