Have you tried spelt?

I started a diet of spelt because I really like and it's healthy. I never tried it before and I basically fell in love. In the following weeks I noticed an increased libido and easiness in making love which wasn't possible before. So could it be that slept has some kind of counter effect?

Even if it doesn't try it anyway:) it's good:)

I have a whole bag of it in my store cupboard!!

Plan to use it to make pancakes when I have run out of my buckwheat flour.

Glad it helps the libido :)
