Making this quick:

First off I feel fine, no pain at all.

This morning I went to the bathroom and filled the toilet with bright red blood twice.

Went to the dr. He said its bleeding further up from my hemmroids and wants me to have a colonoscopy. He doesn't think it's cancer, but wants to make sure.

I had had a colonoscopy couple of years ago and there was not one polyp.

Please think good thoughts for me tomorrow.

I'm scared. I had a friend pass away from colon cancer in October. She was only 47, younger than me.

Thanks...

I hope everyone is doing well.

Take care,

Ftogie xx

---CURRENT MEDICATIONS:Supplements:Milk Thistle, Metamucil, Magnesium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Levothyroxine 25mcg, Vitamin C, Krill oil.

Xanax 1mg 3x day June, 2000 to 19-September, 2020 Went from .150 grams (average weight of 1 Xanax) 3x day to .003 grams 3x day. April 1, 2021 went back on 1mg a day. Started tapering May 19, 2023. Well...

Just got back...

Everything is fine. No polyps, don't have to go back for 10 years, just like the last one I had 2 years ago.

I have a swollen hemmroid. The dr said very common for my age, he was very nice.

Just feel better knowing everything is ok.

Thank you everyone for the concern and kind words.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Sertraline 50mg and Clonazapam .375mg from 2000 -- symptoms of dizziness Spring 2012

increased to .5 Clonazapam and 100mg Sertraline -- no improvement

Benzo microtaper from November 2012 to November 2014 (followed benzo sites "taper benzo first")

Started Sertraline taper in December 2014 cut by 25mg to 75mg; 62.5mg 1/1/15 and 50mg on 2/1/15

Held at 50mg through April 5 to use liquid
Reduced dosage in 10% or less drops from 50mg to 25mg -- at single tablet of 25mg on 10/5/15

Transitioned to all liquid for accuracy while tapering -- Horrible insomnia -- back to 25mg liquid and held until October 1, 2016

10/16 -- 11/18 tapered very slowly to 10.6mg.  No real improvement and never really stable so updosed to 12.5mg (1/2 a pill) for convenience and long hold.

After 8+ months of holding with no noticeable improvement decided to add .4ml of liquid Prozac (about 1.5mg) to see if that improves the situation

Supplements, Magnesium, D3, Omega 3, curcumin, Valerian, 81mg Aspirin, L-Theanine, Vit. C,

Hi frogie

so pleased to read your good news, now you can relax on that front. Hopefully you can also see improvements and the end coming to the bathroom/bedroom.

Hope you are feeling better and that brownie is also eating well too.

2006 After sudden death of mother put on 20mg of citaloprom for depression.

2014 Drug stopped working after two weeks of panic attacks felt fine.

Aug 2014. Doctor put me on lyrica for rash on face, diarrhoea, sleeplessness, muscle cramp, bruising. Initial dose too strong, halved dose.  Stopped taking it 22/10/14

2014 severe anxiety after several ssri's attempted, seem to have developed severe  sensitivity to any drug, but giving severe  reactions put on cipralex drop form.started on 2 drops and had to increase by 1 drop every 3 days. Eventually got to 12 drops and had to stop as side effects every step of the way dreadful. Psychiatrist kept telling me to stick with it and my body would get used to it.  Eventually down to 8 drops. Bad reactions throughout the time I was on it

Have been on this until may 2017. Stopped over two weeks. Felt fine for 5 weeks after initial dizziness, nightmares, nausea, insomnia.

Given diazepam by gp and told to take them when anxiety bad. Have only taken them very rarely as they frighten me.

Last two weeks severe anxiety returned and feeling hopeless

11July 2017. Cipralex 2mg. Anxiety, nausea still severe

13 July 2017 Cipralex 1mg due to advice of too high dosage  by kind person on thus site. so dropped from 2mg to 1mg and feelings of anxiety still at severe. As well as nausea, headaches, fatigue.

15 July still feeling extremely anxious verging on panic. Nausea, feelings of fainting, fatigue. Lots of head pains

3 August. Three weeks into trying to stabilise on one drop of cipralex. Still have waking from 4am. Sporadic upset stomach. Nausea.  High anxiety.  Throbbing/burning in nether regions seems to have eased for time being but stabbing/burning in calves of legs. Tinnitus. Occasional half to whole better days but mainly still struggling. Fatigue

Thanks Scorpio:

I have all the tile in except the ones that need to be cut. My fiancé is going to do that tonight and hopefully spray the knockdown on the walls.

I got the bedroom painted today and cleaned all the dust in the offie, hallway, and living room. What a mess.

If he gets that done tonight, I can grout the tile and paint. Then he can trim, set the toilet and vanity. Then the bathroom is done. I'll have to pull up the old floor in the bedroom and he can lay down the new one and we are done. Have to get it all done by the 20th. That's when my Uncle will be here.

Then I have to clean and mop the kitchen, the other bathroom and our bedroom.

I'm really feeling overwhelmed, but I'll get it done.

Yes, I'm relieved that I'm ok. The dr was so nice. He really put me at ease.

Brownie us eating well, thanks for asking.

Hope you are doing well.

Take care,

Frogie xx

Hi RS:

I'm relieved that the dr said I was fine.

There is still a lot to do. My fiancé is going to spray the knockdown on the walls tonight.

I'm going to grout today. I have to take everything off the bed and wash it. I have to mop the kitchen floor, clean our other bathroom and our bedroom, so I'm staying busy.

Tomorrow, I'll paint the bathroom, then he will set the vanity, toilet and put the trim up. Then he has to Kay the new floor in the bedroom, so it's coming along. I'll just be glad when it's done. Has to be done and put back together before the 20th. That's when my Uncle is coming.

I hope you are doing well.

Take care,

Wow Frogie, I'm impressed that you grout.  You also are going to paint the bathroom yourself. Last time I painted my bathroom it took me two weeks. I had to do a primer and two coats, and I was very slow and not very good. I was exhausted and vowed to never do it again.  So I am doubly impressed with you.

I tapered last Saturday and have some symptoms but they are mild. Thank goodness.

I don't have a choice but to learn how to do all of this stuff if I want it done. I know how to paint, but have never done tile. Watched a lot of YouTube

HI Scorpio:

I wouldn't say that I'm talented, I really goofed and left the grout on the tile too long, so I had to scrape and scrape. Now I'm using a drill with a disc on it trying to clean it up.

Tomorrow my fiancé is going to spray the knockdown, then I can paint the walls. Then he can set the vanity and toilet. And do the trim work.

He's going to put the floor down this weekend in the bedroom.

I still have my kitchen to clean and mop, the other bathroom a quick wipe down and our bedroom to dust and mop the hardwood floors.

I hope I can make it. My back is really hurting tonight. I have the heating pad on it right now.

We have to get this done. My Uncle will be here the 20th, so we are really pushing it.

I hope you are doing well. I'll get back on and let you know the progress.

Take care,

Sounds like the improvements are moving on a fast pace to get everything ready for your Uncle.

Hope you are having a good nights rest and your back eases off.

Hi frogie

hows it going, are you nearly finished with the painting and nearly ready to enjoy that much longed for relaxing bath. Hope your back is holding up and you are feeling ok.

Fatigue

Hi Scorpio:

Painting is done. We have to put in the faucet for the bathtub, grout the backsplash, towel rack and tp holder, caulk, and hang the shower curtain. We are getting there. I think that's about it. The bedroom is done.

My back is holding up, thanks, but my hands are really hurting from putting up tile.

I haven't even shopped for Christmas dinner. We still need to do that. My Uncle will be here Wednesday (tomorrow)!

Hope you are ready for Christmas and doing well.

Take care,

Frogie xx

Hi frogie

wow I think you have done tremendously well. All these new skills acquired in such a short time. I’m not surprised your hands are sore .  I’m sure your uncle will be impressed with the amount you and your fiancé have achieved. He will probably enjoy helping you buy your Christmas food and even help you prepare it all??

I have recovered from the the sinus infection but fell down the rabbit hole with w/d again. Two days lost completely and the last two trying to fight the rotten anxiety again.

Fingers crossed we are able to enjoy Christmas.

Thanks Mmt and Scorpio:

We haven't had a shower in that bathroom for a year. My fiancé said he would get it done. I want to soak in the tub so bad. I think a magnesium bath will be awesome.

I wouldn't say that I'm a professional tiler. Watched lots of YouTube videos lol...

We are sooooo close, I just want it done. If you've ever been around construction, we just have a "punch list" left. It means little things to do (except the faucet).

My back is fine, but my hands hurt like crazy from stone tile and adhesive. The shower has been grouted.

Still need to grocery shop for Christmas dinner. Oh, I hope they still have stuff. You have to remember I only have a little grocery store. I think I'll make the 16 mile drive to the bit bigger one and hopefully they have everything.

I will just be glad when it's done.

I'm having anxiety right now. My fiancés father is 90. He doesn't want to eat and just wants to sleep. He said he doesn't want to live like this anymore. This time of year is not good for me at all. Please pray for me that he will live a few more months. I had a grandfather pass away on Christmas Day and an Uncle the next week on New Years Day. I don't need anymore right now. I don't think I could take it in withdrawl and the holidays the way they are now anyway.

Wish me luck, I need it. :)

Take care,

Frogie xx

Bravo Frogie

you’re hard work has paid off and you will soon be soaking in a warm  magnesium bath. You must be so proud of yourself. Now, relax and enjoy the visit with your uncle. The store will have something to eat, even if it’s bologna, you’ll enjoy it with good company.

Thanks LG:

No tub faucet yet, but almost done. At least we have the bedroom, vanity toilet and floors and walls.

My Uncle will be here sometime this morning.

We went shopping last night. Had to improvise on a couple of things but that's ok.

They said  20% chance of snow today and 70% chance of snow Saturday, but now they changed it to hardly anything. I was so looking forward to some snow. Like I've said before, I'm tired of spring in December :(

So far, my fiancés father is hanging on. I hope he starts to feel better.

Hope me you are doing well.
