Hi Carmie,

Firstly, welcome to SA - it's a wonderful place, full of generous and insightful fellow travelers.   To paraphrase Kristine, you are not alone!

I read through your signature and I am so very sorry to read what you've been through and endured, including the plethora of poly pharmacy, hospital experiences, and the havoc all that wreaked on your being.  But you're here now (and you're at Seroquel 7.5mg) a testament to great fortitude and capacity for healing, even in the midst of strong WD symptoms.  A survivor to say the least!

Thanks for stopping by my thread. Yes, I think that Forgiveness is a big part of the Acceptance I am working to reach about the past being the past - with no judgments.  Easier said than done of course!  It is all very new to anchor into the present moment with non-drug technique practices, and to cultivate the intention of acting to further healing) - as we navigate the mental, physical and emotional rhythms of withdrawal and life situations that don't stop happening simply because we're going through these processes! Though knowing that honing these practices is what will strengthen us to heal and to live drug-free is a wonderful encouragement.

Nice to have you here!

GS
