Moderator Emeritus Gridley Posted February 12, 2018 Moderator Emeritus Share Posted February 12, 2018 Hello, Bely987 and welcome to SA. These are common symptoms in withdrawal. Do you have a mouthguard? Members have reported considerable relief from using one. Two requests: Please click on "Please start a topic about yourself" in the Introductions and Updates section and follow the instructions to create an introduction. Then, to give members the best information, we ask them to summarize their medication history in a signature -- drugs, doses, dates, and discontinuations & reinstatements, in the last 12-24 months particularly. The link to create a signature is on the last bullet point. Any drugs prior to 24 months ago can just be listed with start and stop years. Please use actual dates or approximate dates (mid-June, Late October) rather than relative time frames (last week, 3 months ago) Spell out months, e.g. "October" or "Oct."; 9/1/2016 can be interpreted as Jan. 9, 2016 or Sept. 1, 2016. Please leave out symptoms and diagnoses. A list is easier to understand than one or multiple paragraphs. Link to Account Settings – Create or Edit a signature. This is a supportive site dedicated to helping members go off psychiatric drugs, with many caring members and moderators. Again, welcome. Gridley Introduction Lexapro 20 mg since 2004.
