Update on 7 months since stopping lexapro

starting at month 6, saw some improvement although all symptoms during month 3-5 still remained still half time in bed but not all the time. So signs of out of the worst 3 months from 3-5.

was hoping and thinking things would move forward toward more healing and feeling better, before a few very unexpected trauma hits.

About one month ago at the beginning of month 7 off lex,  a  physical therapist did a so- called lateral shift on my lower back and body without any diagnose or need or a word like he sudden attacked me before I knew. Been in most insane pain since then from the mistreatment and harm which caused many anxiety episodes. It turned out he injured my SI joints, lagiments, muscle on both sides. Been bed ridden for two weeks then house bound ever since.

Making matters even worse, 2 weeks after the back injury, I had a back MRI to diagnose the injury. 30 mins after the MRI I passed out completely for 10 mins. This was later confirmed as the result of strong electromagnetic fields from the MRI. I had MRI before without problems, now  the sensitized system can't handle it anymore just like what happened when I tried tiny amount of magnesium early and the body reacted with terror. WD was ramped up to the sky (alltime worst) with all the symptoms worsened 10 times plus new ones anxiety, depression etc.  It has been 3 weeks now and slowly the huge reaction started calming down.

so overall I'm back to month 5 due to all the trauma. Seriously I would think I should be much better if not for the back injury and the MRI.

regardless, my emotion is still improved quite a bit not like a complete zombie, DR lessoned quite a bit only showing when feeling anxious, cognitive is better too not as confused.

more lessons learned fro my self

1. take very dear care of other health situations,

2. No more seeing doctors including therapists-- always thought I'm extremely careful, but missed seeing risk from non- medicine type

3. No more tests using any electric devices

Hope the next update is a positive one.

wish everyone is doing fine.

Hi Lex,

I’ve been reading your story. I’m so sorry that the physical therapist caused you a back injury recently. I can see why you would stay away from even natural therapists now. I think we end up with ptsd from all the treatment we have gotten from people that we have trusted. I don’t trust practitioners of any kind now.

I hope you recover soon from your back injury.

Take care

Hi carmie,

thank you you for your kind words! I'm so hoping the back heals sooner than later. My #1 coping strategy against WD--going to gym for walks, sauna and swim has been taken away due to the back injury which is anothe negative effects of it, I'm counting days for going back to gym.

The he incidence was very odd to be honest, this physical therapist is a substitute of my original one only for one session as the original therapist was not available on that day. My original therapist is very ge tal, communicating and follows every step of the protocol. What the new therapist did is very untypical and odd. I wouldn't think such behavior is common but no one can afford even such rare behavior. So to be safe, I am very determined not to put my health in anyone's hands.

Sadly my my multiple experience from the Ssri, this one and others made me losing total trust in the medical community as a whole. I almost feel it's falling in every part and all different ways.

i can't believe you are another victim of the mistreatment by doctors with these deadly drugs for pain!! I started lex for a headache and since then my life has been going downhill without breaks.

Congratulations to getting down from 300 to 7.5, I know what it means and how much effort behind that!! i hope you feel better once you are done tapering!

Take good care,

lex

It's indeed horrible, almost like the sari trauma from medical professionals. My legs were paralyzed and the thought of never recover freaked me more than sari wd.

On the other hand, I should have noted that our bodies resilience to various trauma is truly amazing! Thank God for That!

How are you doing, frogie? I read you felt great after getting to lower doses!

I'm so very happy that you are feeling better with dose getting lower! Thank God it's not the opposite! This is hopeful that you may feel even better after zero!

Truly incredible ppl who are trained and paid so well who supposedly help patients can be the ones do greatest harm.

It took all my mental strength not to kill him for his ignorance, malpractice and dishonesty ( denied all responsibilities except for saying he should have mentioned to me before he did it) and great harm and suffering.

You are in my prayer. I hope the nasty nausea cut it's ugly head off completely and never return!

Oh, poor girl, this is dreadful!  After all you have endured, and so much of it upon reflection is unnecessary!  That is is what is so infuriating.  Thanks for asking, but I am crap!  Just had to pop in give you my love and say I'm still praying for you.  It is all so unfair.

I also had a bad experience with physio's.  With my back injury they put too much traction on and ever since I have severe nerve pain in both legs which is also made worse through w/d.  After that i was put on the a/d for the back pain and told it was good for pain and not told it was for depression.

I think I was starting to make progress a few years ago and then they switched the a/d on me without me knowing and that lasted up to 18months, setting me back more too, like you.  There is so much that is just plain hard to understand why we have to go through all these stuff ups from professional people we trust in.

One thing we all know now, is not to trust them anymore!

1995-2007      20mg Aropax/Paxil for pain.  Years of up and down doses

2008                Endep, Lexapro and then Esipram (hell!) CT (oh dear!)

2009                20mg Aropax.  Tried skipping doses for a year (more hell!)

                        2010                10mg.  10% taper.  Lasted 4 months. Crashed again

2011                5% taper. 9mg-7mg (hell got even worse!)

2012                2.5% taper.  6.6mg – 5.6mg (worser still & unbearable)

2013                5% taper.  Big mistake.  5.5mg – 4.6mg  (even worserer)

2014                2.5% taper.  4.9mg – 4.5mg;    2015 2.5% taper 4.4 - 4.0mg

2016                2.5% taper.  3.9mg  Feb 3.8   Mar 3.7  May 3.6   Jul 3.5

2017                2.5% taper.  Jan 3.4;   Mar 3.35;  Apr 3.3; Oct 3; Dec 2.9;

2018                2.5% taper. Jan 2.8; Mar 2.7; Mar: 2.75; Jun 2.7; Aug 2.6; Oct 2.5; Nov 2.4; Dec 2.3

Hi carmie,

thank you you for your kind words!

Take good care,

lex

Hi Lex,

I hope your back is better soon so you can exercise again. It’s good that you found this a good coping strategy for withdrawals. I can’t use exercise as a strategy as I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I would collapse.

I’m with you in losing total trust in the medical community. Even when I’ve been in ER with different acute problems all I can think is : “You’re not going to be able to figure out what’s wrong and help me.” And I am usually right. I don’t want to take any other medications ever!! That’s how scared you get, hey?

There is a balance though, they do come in handy at times. I got hit by a car quite a few years back and broke things from head to toe and needed to spend three months in hospital.

You feel so lost with withdrawals though, don’t you? Many years ago before I knew anything about them and was cold turkeyed off meds the akathisia was so bad and I ended up in and out of psych wards not knowing what was wrong with me. Everything only clicked once I started tapering off the Seroquel and I realised that they were withdrawal symptoms. I thought there was something terribly wrong with me and it was the meds all along.

It was was a relief to finally know it wasn’t me but then the horror of knowing I was a slave to these meds made me really sad and angry at the doctors and pharmaceutical companies. I’m not angry anymore as you can’t change it. I just try and take a step at a time.

Im sooo sorry you have to go through these terrible withdrawals too just because you wanted to take something for headaches.

Here’s to taking a day at a time. Please let me know when your back is better

Been on APs, benzos, ADs and opiates, for chronic pain. Had Akathisia in the past that made me suicidal. Hi, friend!

Been a long time. How are you these days?

<p>Sept 2015: 5 mg Cipralex for 3 weeks. Lots of side effects. Reduced to 2.5 mg for 2 weeks. Experiencing withdrawal and side effects still after dose reduction. Quit after almost 4 weeks on 2.5 mg because of adverse effects. Experiencing withdrawal symptoms still. Reinstating 1mg after 3 weeks. Reduced to 0.50 after 2 days due to sensitive reaction (dysautonomia) and trip to ER. January 2016: After 14 months of tapering from 0.5 mg im now down to 0.08mg. Planing on one more drop before 4-8 weeks healing, then jump to zero. 14.03.17: Lexapro free!

Sorry all my friends for the delayed response! Been in a very difficult time lately, barely made it to today still hanging around. I pray for all of us to survive this horrodous battle and get back our lives someday in the near future! I will stop by to provide my support to you all the next thing.

GradmaD, thank you so much for keeping an eye on me always even your self is suffering so terribly. Your love warms my heart and gives me streghth to continue the battle! It's heartbreaking to know you are put through all this and harmed so badly by these poisons that were given to you for back pain!! The medical community including doctors, pharmaceutical companies are really falling as a whole being more dangerous than helping. This is very sad and tragic ! I'm always think of you especially when feel the pain is intolerable, you gave me streghth and comfort in the past years and still do. From my recent experience since zero dose, I can assure you that your super slow taper is a wise approach! God, it's so unbelievable how powerful these drugs are and how much difference even a rediculous tiny dose can make! Your incredible patience will carry you through all the way to the end of this war!

Carmie, i know how you fell about going through all the puzzle and lies until you finally know what the root cause of all the suffering and then bang it turned out a even more horrifying situation before I feel any relief. As strong as we all tried to be, this ordeal is the absolute the hardest and most soul breaking experience, I only hope your rest journey is smooth and painless and you recover completely after getting off the poison!  You are in my prayer today!!

Rosseta, it's so kind of you saying the kind words! Your support is much needed at this very dark time of my journey surviving this incredible ordeal! How are you doing, my friend? I hope you are coping better lately and continue improving !

Cipro!! My god I'm so happy to hear you again!! How are you, my friend? i miss seeing you around so much but on the other hand I  feel not coming back much means you are doing great. Are you fully recovered now? I hope this horrible experience is now a far distant memory only for you and you are living life in fullest!

Love you all!

im happy to report that, now 7 weeks since the back injury by a lateral shift performed by a therapist is gradually healing with the help of a Chinese alcupucture doctor. He has been doing alcupuncture, massage, correction ( pushing my SI joint back to its original position) in the past two weeks). I can walk a bit more normally, still can't go back to swim though. Thank god my wrong of permenant paralysis or damage is gone. I don't get anxiety or depression as often from this trauma.

WD wise, Yesterday marked 2nd week of month 8 off lexapro. 1 month since the MRI attack, the terrifying WD sxs triggered by MRI are gradually lessening but not as much as being back to pre- MRI time. Anxiety and depression were mostly gone but physical sxs, needling pain, electric shocks, headache, numb, tingling, are still quite strong though not as bad as in the past month. I would say I was gradually crawling out of this setback.

while feeling a bit better yesterday, I pushed to show in my boss retirement party in a bar, I was kind of ok being there for a hour or so without drinking or eating anything. After that couple coworkers wanted to go for dinner together in a Chinese restaurant. I felt really wanting to go home as my back was still very weak and sore, plus WD sxs, but had a second thought to join to lift my depressed mood from the recent trauma and house bound status.

2 hours after the dinner, I had a bad reaction to MSG ( figured out quickly as I had a very mild one couple months back eating in a Chinese restaurant, only that time i didn't click with the MSG). Symptoms are the classic MSG type, nausea, headache, heart pounding, chill, anxious. It lasted for 2-3 hours and also caused a slight difficulty falling to sleep. Those sxs are gone this morning but the WD sxs are much more intense.

this made me thinking about the new status my body is in ever since stopping Lexapro,

first was magnesium, then MRI, now MSG. None of those I had problems during lex time.

and now i have a real understanding for the Ssri WD sensitized system.

i used to be so terrified getting messed up by lexapro ever since my severe reaction to updosing, now it seems literally anything I expose my body to can cause a similar reaction.

and I don't know how many trial and errors I have to go through to learn all of them.

each of the errors set me backward in my healing from WD. This thing is getting even more insane.

I appreciate any experience and advice.

Lex

More about MSG intolerance.

Found this..

https://chriskresser.com/beyond-msg-could-hidden-sources-of-glutamate-be-harming-your-health/

although I know now I can't tolerant free glutamate contains MSG, so far I don't have problem eating natural fresh food that contin free glutamate.

i wonder if anyone knows why, and should I also avoid other food that contains free glutamate.

I will add A bit updatr in the next post

Congratulations on the 8 month mark off Lexapro!

Im still improving and starting to return back to my old self again, i think. The waves are there, but in a weaker form than before. Got some nasty mood swings that are def related to WD. I think Im getting used to this state.

At this point it is hard to remember who i was before i got into this mess in the first place. Fatigue is still a symptom for me. I need to excersise regularily and watch what i eat. Keeping my blood sugar stable is a huge factor when it comes to reducing my symptoms.

My CNS is less sensitive. I can actually drink wine/alcohol without much trouble, which is a huge improvement.

All in all Im in a good place these days. Time and pressure!

You just need to Keep up the hard work. You already have come so far. There is a light at the end of this tunnel.

Love.

Cip

Quit after almost 4 weeks on 2.5 mg because of adverse effects. Experiencing withdrawal symptoms still. Reinstating 1mg after 3 weeks. Reduced to 0.50 after 2 days due to sensitive reaction (dysautonomia) and trip to ER. January 2016: After 14 months of tapering from 0.5 mg im now down to 0.08mg. Planing on one more drop before 4-8 weeks healing, then jump to zero. 14.03.17: Lexapro free!

Dear Cip!  Thanks for sharing Your progress and the encouraging words!

Thank God you are out of this hell and doing so well!

having a system less sensitive is one of the most improvement based on my own experience being so valunarable to harms from almost everything I expose to. Like you said, with this safe gard of a less sensitive system, and more time and pressure, I truly believe you are on the road of full recovery anytime soon! with my traumatized mind, I would like to add a annoying reminder though, try to drink as less as possible for a little longer see if the fatigue and emotional sxs improve faster.

again I'm so happy to hear you and for you!

take good care, hope to hear more great update from you soon!

love always,

Hi Lex, thanks for dropping in on me, just to say thank you for your beautiful and kind words and give you a big hug.  I truly hope you see a massive improvement suddenly!!!

It is hard for us I think to really understand just how sensitive our systems are.  I am learning it the hard way still!  You would think that over the years you would be seeing some healing.  I have come to understand after all this time now, however that with each drop it is basically a TRAUMA to the head (especially since I get so many head issues) as if you have been bashed in the head (that's what it feels like) and you almost recover from the injury when you bash yourself in the head again by doing another DROP!  It's crazy!  But I have no choice because I refuse to stay on this poison!

With you, it is these other things doing the same injury.  I also wonder at times if certain foods I eat cause me problems.  I had increased headaches eating strawberries and then tomatoes and now I  think fatty foods might also be doing it and also causing muscle aches in my upper back.  It just seems so relentless and never ending doesn't it!

I hope you can get out of bed soon and at least start walking around for 5 minutes at a time and begin to increase that each day.  Let me know how you are feeling today, please! x

Hi GrandMa, hearing you always warms my heart and soul!

thank you for always being there for me when I am in deepest despair!

I posted to to your thread about the head trauma caused by those drugs, and other things now for me. I now have some understanding as how crazy those tiny doses lex can do to my system like I was lying, I now know it's not the lex dose, it's my CNS. Once the CNS is super sensitized, anything literally can be a huge trauma shaking the whole system like an earthquake.

Strangely, before stopping lex, I never had problems with other things that hit me one after another since zero dose-- magnesium, MRI, now MSG. It seems somehow lex covered up the sensitivity to all others except for lex itself even during the 6 months I was on 0.1--0.0004 mg. I wonder if I can ever fogure it out.

so if you keep your system from being super sensitized, you will not have the same problem as I do. In this sense, trying to avoid sensitizing the system is the key for a smoother healing process. Are the headache same as the ones from WD from eating tomatoes and strawberries? Mine is completely different. My WD type is like a head aches and pains, while the one from MSG is tension migraine like exploding.

yes, my back is on the right track getting better! I still have two more weeks correction session with the Chinese doctor before he leave US for China. I can walk more normal now for like 10-20 minutes, only sitting still cause immediate pain on the SI joints. I hope I can go back to swim in 2 weeks and see major improvement in another month or so.

Deep in my mind, this back trauma is still making me mentally very bad thinking about the wrong doing of the therapist, the great pain and damage to my body, and the multitude harm to my healing from the WD ( Super sensitized by MRI for the back injury and then MSG reaction due to it). I wonder if I will ever be able to let it go.

Hi Lex,

i have been following you for some time and feel so badly about the PT trauma. I have had back/SI issues for 15 years and it changed my life forever. I also have had trauma by over-aggressive PT/ chiropractic treatment. I haven’t let a chiropractor touch me for a decade but still go to PT only IF the PT is someone who truly listens to what I say my body/brain can, or can’t handle. Many of them think I give up too easily or just “think” their work or exercises are making me worse. I don’t last long with a PT who makes me feel that way. I know my body.

You mentioned stopping the over-sensitization before it happens. How does one do that once this has occurred? At this point, the tiniest little change in my daily activity/ food intake/ environment makes my w/d worse. I had a CT scan of my sinuses and an MRI of my back w/in 2 weeks of each other. I refused dye, but it never occurred to me that these procedures would interfere w/ tapering until I read your experience.  I also have a new couch that I have had “out-gassing” in our basement for 3 years. We bring it up every 9-12 months and without minutes I get short of breath and it doesn’t go away until we get rid of the couch. We need a new bed and have tried the most expensive organic latex and also organic wool/cotton and so far I have reacted to all. I can’t stay in hotels because of the chemicals and lack of control in general of environmental stuff. I feel like I am hyper-sensitized to the max. Does any of this surprise you?  I haven’t heard anyone complain about out-gassing or chemicals but my sensitivity is off the charts.

I was was told by a nutritionist/researcher that I am so toxic that I need to work on sulphation. One way of doing this is Epsom salts baths. I used the mag oil a few weeks ago and didn’t sleep at all that night...shocky body zaps all night. What was your response to magnesium?

i do have hope for you. You are off the drug. Eventually your brain will find homeostasis and every little thing won’t be received as a trauma. As you or Grandma said, any tiny change feels like a trauma which affects my psyche and prevents me from moving forward.

Nobody who hasn’t experienced this would believe any of this is true. I don’t know about you but I get treated like this is “all in my head”, which it is, but not in the way constantly implied.

I feel certain, Lex, that this has all just been a huge setback for you but that you WILL and ARE healing, even if you can’t feel it now. Every drug-free day is progress!

Keep up the good fight.

Grace

  • tapered valium w/ long holds to 12.74 mg. from a high of approximately 20-30 mg/day
  • 2015-2023 tapered trileptal to 98 mg.  had to completely stop tapering due to multiple chronic, serious health issues
  • currently 2024 still on 98 mg. trileptal and 4 mg. remeron
  •   Currently on benzo hold as I have to cross-over from brand-name valium to generic diazepam.   The diazepam is way weaker and brought on severe acute w/d
  • Current dose of diazepam is 7.9 and valium is 6.6.  I had to up-dose the total valium/diazepam from 12.74 to 14.5 where I have stayed since June 2023.  I am crossing over to generic at a somewhat tolerable rate of .3mg/month after about 2 months of trial/error w/ updosing.  I am not currently tapering; will continue to cross over.

Hi Grace,.

Thank you so much for following me and sharing your experience! I'm so sorry you also have such high sensitivity to external things! If I didn't experience it myself, it would be impossible to truely understand the level of it even I believe what everyone else said. I want to say that nothing will surprise me for a pshyc drug damaged system. For people who never experienced this, it definitely sounds insane or 'in your head' as it is truely unbelievable.

Im so sorry to hear how the back issue impacted your life! I was freaking out the first few weeks as I was totally paralyzed by the injury and worrying about pemenant disability from it. I'm now almost 2 months since the injury and still highly disabled except for slow walk. It has been a huge stressor to me as my only strategy dealing with the WD is working out and now I'm totally bed ridden or house bound.

i had a severe reaction to magnesium 11 days after stopping lexapro as detailed in the thread below.

You are right, I am very anxious about the other hidden stimulate as it's impossible to predict before you hit one. That's why I feel the situation is even more dangerous than before when I only needed to watch out lexapro. I guess we just try to do our best to not expose ourselves to anything like tests, supplements, new types of food, and new environment. I know this is not a safe gard but unfortunately we don't have other better ways. There are many posts here talking about reactions to various substances etc. and we can try to learn from others experience about potential risky stuff.

The MSG effect is still ramping up now 3 days after, with deliberating and new frightening sxs, huge blurry brain, severe numbness entire head and left body, inner shaking and anxiety, spasm inside head, neck and back, fast heart beating etc. overall I feel the worst of all my time during and after tapering.  I sincerely think these stimulants can be as powerful as pshyc drugs to a super sensitized system. So be very very careful.

thank you also for your kindest wishes and encouraging words! It means so much to me especially I'm feeling loosing hope completely these couple days.

Like always, the only way to survive is to not give up. I hope your rest taper is smooth with few bumps and your system stabilize more as you get down to lower doses.

love,

lex

thank you Roseta my friend for your kind care!

I am in the worst horror now with extreme reaction sxs since the MSG accident.

most severe burned/blurred brain/head/vision

electrified allover very painful (like fireworks)

head feel like injected with huge amount of anethesia

super stiffness entire head and back

swollen hands/feet/head

I had similar sxs before (but not as bad) from Lexapro updose but they got lots better since I stopped Lexapro 8 months ago.

I cant believe what MSG can do to a super sensitized system by Lexapro, it seems everything can mess up me now like Lexapro did.

I am in deep prayer for the hit to subside quickly.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that, Lex.  I don't know what to say.  I know MSG is not good, but I had never thought of it causing such a terrible reaction.  I wish I could help you.

Lex,

i took 1/2 mg. of biotin 2 weeks ago and my taper w/d got so much worse overnight. It is so scary what anything new can do to our over-sensitized systems.

For several months I allowed myself a treat to PF Chang’s gluten-free ginger chicken just so I could eat out like a regular person. I started realizing that I was feeling badly the next day every time. They claim they use tamari sauce (not soy sauce which has MSG) in their sauce but I had my doubts. I  started searching on-line and found all kinds of people  complaining about getting sick from their gluten and MSG free food. I searched their website for ingredients. I couldn’t find anything but when I wrote to the company and asked if there was MSG-like ingredients in the sauce, I got no response, after multiple attempts. That usually speaks volumes. The chicken was too tender to not be marinated by something perhaps not called MSG but same thing. I no longer eat in restaurants. I watch peopl eat and drink water. It’s not worth it.

Anyway my biotin setback is receding after almost 3 weeks. You WILL reset. Remember you have managed to get off Lexapro. You WILL get better and I think it will be soon. .

Grace

  • amitriptyline from 1980-2002,
  • intermittent  use of benzos over 2 decades prior to 2002
  • 2002-2010 Klonopin 1-2 mg., ambien 10--20, mg, remeron 4 mg. and  trileptal 300 mg
  • 2011 Stopped ambien and crossed over to valium 17.5 mg. (updosing 2.5 mg. to cover ambien C/T )

Hi Grace,

Thanks so much for sharing your experience !

I'm so sorry you were hurt by biotin and the kf Chang food! Thank God the harm was not long lasting-- it's terrifying we got harmed in such an unpredictable manner by literally anything that we can't even think of.  I hope you will be fully re covered soon! Vitamin b and d are big no to me even when I was on lexapro.

Ever since the horrible reaction to msg containing food both from Chinese restaurant, I'm done with eating anything in chinese restaurant. In the 2nd restaurant I went to, I also Asked if  they use msg for their dishes, they told all meat are marinated with msg in, only can do msg free vegetable dish. So I ordered one emphasizing I can die from eating any msg, so please make sure only oil and salt. Then after just couple bites, I started feeling very nauseous and my heart was beating like crazy, head fuzzy etc. I then found some dressing on top of the dish, which I believe they prepare ahead of time and top it on the dish after cooking.

When I'm in office, I have to have lunch in the cafeteria on site. I asked every cook for the meal they prepare. They told no msg was added except for spice they use that they are not sure. So far, I am ok from trying 2 food corners one is Mexican grill and the other is chicken salad.

I will not eat out in any other places regardless what. The risk is too high as msg is not regulated, also it's use got more populated even for non-chinese food.

Pizza, KFC, various fast food, all kinds of soup, franch fries, and processed and canned meat are all risky stuff. Make sure to think again before putting anything into your month (crazy I know, but have to) except fro water and home made food from scratch. Luckily I'm so far ok with natural products containing free glutamate such as tomatoes, rice, even soy sauce.

Thank you so much for the reasdurance ! Today is day 9 since the 2nd msg reaction, I'm feeling like rising from death with the insane blurry brain gone from the reaction, feeling absolute impossible giving how i felt yesterday. Once again, im so grateful to the healing capability human brain possess.

Yeah, these drugs are so evil and total insane! I am glad I'm not playing with lexapro anymore but it seems still a long way to go for the harm to heal. I hope your rest taper is smooth as much as possible.

Hope you are having a fine day!

Lex

You are so kind rosseta!

I'm glad you never noticed it as it's a indication your system is not as sensitized was fine only until the recent hit by the mri. I think my system is somehow extremely sensitized already during the taper then after jumping off. Unfortunately I kept attack my wracked system one after another since being off lex pushing it to an incredible level of  sensitivity.

Regardless, msg is by itself a very bad thing as a neurotransmitter, always good to avoid.

Hope you are having a better day rosseta!

Hi miracle123, love your name!

thank you very much for stopping by and sharing your experience! Your kind support and care means a lot to me especially on a very painful day.

i can't believe you have those crazy symptoms too only alter a short time use of the poison! Those symptoms are so crazy and the most uncomfortable sensations. Are they subsided now? How long did it take for those to go away?

Even we stopped the drug at the same time, you were on these poisons only for a short time, I believe you will see windows very soon and recover fully much sooner!

You treat yourself kindly,

lex
