Hibari
Hi, Many of you may know this series in the NY Times. A woman named Diane Spelcher has been documenting her taper off of medications and has posted today her takeaways now that she is a month off medication. While she may experience more wd symptoms in the future and her advice for a tapering schedule is not one that is recommended here, the fact that it is one of the most emailed articles in the paper is telling. Her observations about wd symptoms and her experience with others is clearly laid out. She usually gets a heated response to her articles, either pro or con medication in the comments section, but she has been willing to write about her experience. I have not read any of the comments in her article today because they can be pretty rough. Her blogs are always directly about medication we but today's blog in particular is about her thoughts on her wd process Please know that I am not offering this article as a blue print for wd and there may be a difference of opinion on this site about her process. I only offer because it is a very visible and subjective expression of medication wd that echoes many of the posts on this site. If any of this site moderators feel this is inappropriate, please feel free to have it removed. http://opinionator.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/07/27/10-things-id-tell-my-former-medicated-self/?_r=0 9/2013-4/2014: After moms death, was prescribed a series of meds for short periods of time that didn't work.
