Using an oral syringe and other tapering techniques

I take liquid sertraline it’s 20mg/ml. I have no idea what dose I’m on in mg, but I’m taking 0.09ml  minus a hair. I use the black edge of the dropper to line up w the white line on the syringe. When I reduce i try to hit the middle of the white line, hold, bottom of the white line, hold, between both lines, hold, top of the next line, hold, etc. I know this is not accurate and I’m having a rough time w this latest reduction. Things are rough in my life so I’m not sure if it’s withdrawal or life but I’m really suffering. I thought reducing this way would be so gradual that I’d ease off the drug but maybe I need to be more accurate? I can’t do the math to reduce properly. Can someone help me? Thank you

can someone please explain how i do a water taper off 20 mlg of prozac capsules. I am very confused about the math with ml and mlg. I am so so frustrated on how to read these syringes? Can anyone explain how to make this easy for me to figure out .
