This is how I felt before meds and many times while on meds. This is my 3rd time stopping an antidepressant. Every time it's bad for me. This is not just life's difficulties I have clinical depression and I don't know what to do. My last dose was Sept 3. I only take clonapin as needed. This is exactly how I felt before I ever took any meds at all. And during the time I took meds. If you think this is still withdrawal, what can I do to help it? I cannot live this way. However, it sounds like you might benefit from psychotherapy or other counseling, to put your painful past in its place. Are you seeing a therapist? This is not medical advice.
