Racing again today, and tremoring internally so bad.  Even my stomach, arms, neck, head, and this racing anxiety with it.  I can’t handle this.  Thankfully it comes and goes but it’s the most uncomfortable feeling and I’m getting it so much more often now, I dont know why.

Started tapering Paxil 20mg July/August 2023.  Got to 5mg January 2024 and started to have vision issues from Withdrawal.  February 2024 severe withdrawal issues started, reinstating to 10mg Tuesday March 5th 2024.  Plan on trying to stabilize at 10mg.

Because we are in withdrawal taking 1-2 drops of lavender oil in hot water has helped some on here.

I have found a chamomile lavender tea that is very calming as well. As long as you do not have ragweed allergies, chamomile is very helpful. Are you taking magnesium bisglycinate? It takes about 6 weeks but is also helpful for anxiety. Vitamin C also helps regulate adrenaline rushes.

Try one at a time to insure no reaction.

Is your B12 low too? Maybe trying a very small dose to start. It is necessary for nerve healing.

My b12 is low but I’ve raised it recently, I take a multivitamin with b12 in it and vitamin C, I’ve been taking extra vitamin C when I was feeling unwell also.  I take 100mg of regular magnesium sometimes also.  I’ve been very very tremory lately, my insides have been shaking and vibrating so bad

I’m sure the stress didn’t help, I’m definitely in another really bad wave, my symptoms were terrible again today, internal tremors/vibrations really bad, lethargy, motion sickness feeling, dizzy.

When I am like this it is usually excess adrenaline. Often walking leisurely on the treadmill helps me, a warm bath, my weighted blanket, deep breathing, cold water on my feet and hands. Sometimes I just have to let it happen and wait it out. I agree that the added stress has just put your body in overdrive...how could it not. ❤️🙏

internal tremors/vibrations really bad,

I second what @LostInCanada said. This usually passes once the anxiety passes but it lasts a few days for me after something stressful or just a bad wave.

Weighted blanket, I listen to Tyler boss read psalms on YouTube (his voice is SO soothing), vagus nerve massage (google this) and box breathing. Ice cold shower whenever the anxiety is unbearable. These have been my best coping mechanisms so far. Hugs, Meg. You’ve had a lot happen, your nervous system will come back to baseline.

Sertraline 25 mg (Jan 2016)
50 mg (Feb 2016) Down to 25 mg for second pregnancy (2019) 75 mg due to PPA (Sept 2019) Down to 25 mg for third pregnancy (2020) 50-> 75 mg ->100 mg (Jan 2023) Felt good for long while so reduced to 75 (Nov 2023). Back up to 100 after some symptoms of anxiety (Dec 2023) 125 (Dec 2023) didn’t help so->150 mg (Feb 2024) Horrible adverse reaction to 150/kindled
Doc suggested lowering Sert and add Buspar. Started 2.5 mg 3x per day same day at going down to 100 mg Sert.

March- CT’d buspar and dropped down to 87 mg Sert.
Intermittent .25 or .50 Xanax use. Like once a week. Haven’t taken it since April 2024.
Found SA, stopped the madness.
(April 2024) hold at 87 mg -micro tapered a few mg over 1-2 months but should’ve held longer after stabilizing at 87

(8.31.24) 84.6 mg • (9.22.24) 83.9 mg accidental small drop due to scale malfunction; plan to hold here for at least a month.

(Current: Natural Calm: 50-100 mg per day in water, 0.5 mg melatonin nightly)

I am reallllllllly struggling.  My symptoms are SO bad.  Worst I’ve had yet.  My mouth, teeth, jaw and tongue hurt so bad in and off all throughout the day.  I have chest/throat tightness again.  My akaithsia is the worst it’s ever been for days now.  I don’t know if I can go on like this!  I’m at a loss.  I’ve cried allllll morning, I’m so tired.
